Community Shop Seeking New Manager

We are recruiting a new manager or managers for Grindleford Community Shop. The role is varied and includes stocking the shop and stock management, managing and supporting the volunteers, developing new initiatives, doing shifts in the shop and responsibility for environmental health and cleanliness. The manager will be supported in many of these activities by experienced volunteers. The job can be part time and hours and roles could be split between two managers according to individual skills and availability. We can offer a negotiable salary together with the significant benefits of cost price shopping and a bonus incentive scheme.
