Regular monthly meetings take place with in the Bishop Pavilion. A wide range of topics are covered by outside speakers. The talks usually include a PowerPoint or slide presentation followed by refreshments. Sometimes plants or other related items are for sale. There is an annual visit to gardens or other places of horticultural interest. The annual show is held on the third Saturday of August.

Members receive three newsletters a year. Membership costs £5 per year and discount on full price plants at 3 local garden Centers are available to members.
